Otherwise he shall receive the money which he has paid, and shall leave the place, and shall be cut off out of my church, saith the Lord God of hosts; And though the heaven and the earth pass away, these words shall not pass away. 56:10
120:11 Verily, thus saith the Lord, the time is now come, that it shall be disposed of by a council, composed of the First Presidency of my Church, and of the bishop and his council, and by my high council; and by mine own voice unto them, saith the Lord. Even so. Amen.
The money from tithes belongs to the Church and will be disposed of by a council - and by my own voice.
