| 136:1
O give thanks unto the
LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. |
(136:1-26)
"For his mercy endureth for ever."
Is God merciful?

O give thanks unto the
God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever. |
"The God of gods"
How many gods are there?

| 136:3
O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever. |
|
| 136:4
To him who alone doeth
great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever. |
This verse says that only God can perform great wonders.
But 2 Th.2:9 says that Satan can too.
Can only God work wonders?

To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy
