74 Allah will bestow a vast reward on those who fight in religious wars. 76 Believers fight for Allah; disbelievers fight for the devil. So fight the minions of the devil.
79 If something good happens to you, it's from Allah. If something bad happens, it comes from you.
80 Whoever obeys the messenger (Muhammad) obeys God.
82 If the Quran was not from Allah its critics would find some mistakes in it.
83 Most of us would be followers of Satan if it wasn't for Allah.
84 Fight, Muhammad, in the way of Allah. Allah will limit the strength of the disbelievers. He is stronger than them and even stronger in punishment.
85 Whoever works for a good cause will receive a reward.
86 When someone says "Hi" to you, say something even better back. (Like "Howdy.") Allah keeps track of such things.
88 Allah casts the hypocrites back to disbelief. Don't try to guide those that Allah sends astray.
89 Disbelievers will try to make you disbelieve. Don't be friends with them. Kill them wherever you find them. 91 If the disbelievers don't offer you peace, kill them. We [Allah] authorize you to do this.
92 Muslims shouldn't kill Muslims, unless by mistake. If you kill a Muslim by mistake, you must set free a believing slave. 93 Whoever kills a Muslim will go to hell forever. Allah has cursed him with an awful doom.
97 When people die, they'll make excuses, saying, "We were oppressed." The angels will ask them, "Why didn't you move to another country?" Then the angels will take them to hell.
101 The disbelievers are an open enemy to you. 102 Allah has prepared a shameful punishment for them.
104 Don't stop pursuing the enemy. They have no hope from Allah.
107 Don't plead for people who deceive themselves. Allah doesn't love those who are treacherous and sinful. 110 But if they ask Allah for forgiveness, he'll forgive them.
114 It is good to help the poor and make peace.
115 Those who oppose the messenger [Muhammad] and become disbelievers will go to hell.
116 Those who ascribe a partner to Allah (like Christians do with Jesus and the Holy Spirit) will not be forgiven.
117 Those that have female gods pray to Satan.
119 I [Allah] will lead them astray, arouse desires in them, command them to cut the ears of cattle, and change Allah's creation. 121 Then I'll send them to hell.
129 Don't bother trying to treat your wives fairly. It's impossible. Just do the best you can. And don't leave any of them in suspense.
135 Value justice, for both poor and rich, even when it adversely affects you or your family's interests.
137 Those who believe, then disbelieve, believe again, then disbelieve, and disbelieve some more -- Allah will never forgive them.
138 Tell the hypocrites the good news: for them there is a painful doom.
140 Stay away from nonbelievers who mock your beliefs or Allah will treat you like them. (He'll torture you forever in hell after you die.) 141 Allah won't allow the disbelievers to succeed against the believers.
142 The hypocrites try to trick Allah, but Allah tricks them.
143 No one (not even Muhammad) can help those that Allah sends astray.
144 Don't be friends with non-believers. Do you want to make Allah your enemy?
145 The hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the fire, and no one will help them.
150 You must believe everything Allah and his messengers say. 151 Those who don't are disbelievers and will face a shameful doom.
157 Jesus didn't die and he wasn't crucified. (It just looked that way.) 158 Allah just took him to heaven.
160-1 Because the Jews have taken people's wealth by usury, we [Allah] have prepared a painful doom for them.
167-9 Those who disbelieve and discourage others from believing, will never be forgiven by Allah and won't be guided by him -- except to be guided to hell, where they will remain forever. And that is easy for Allah.
171 People of the Scripture: Don't exaggerate in your religion. Jesus wasn't the son of Allah, and there aren't three Allahs. It'd be better for you if you stopped saying things like that.
173 Allah will punish those who are scornful and proud with a painful doom.
177 In an inheritance, males get twice as much as females.
