0 Wisdom : Injustice

They were thirsty, and they called upon thee, and water was given them out of the high rock, and a refreshment of their thirst out of the hard stone. 11:4

Wisdom : Injustice (26)

  1. There will be an inquisition into the thoughts of the ungodly, and they shall be chastised for their iniquities. 1:9
  2. Men who reject wisdom have foolish wives and wicked children. Their children are cursed. 3:11-13
  3. The children of adulterers will be destroyed. If they live long, they will be have no value, and they will not be honored in their old age. If they die quickly, they shall have no hope, and no one will comfort them. 3:16-18
  4. The brood of the wicked won't thrive, and bastard seedlings won't take root. 4:3
  5. The children of adulterers are witnesses against their parents wickedness. 4:6
  6. God will laugh them to scorn. 4:18
  7. God gives power to kings. 6:2-4
  8. Wisdom directed the course of the just (Noah) during the flood. 10:4
  9. When the nations conspired to wickedness (by building the Tower of Babel), she knew the just (Abraham) and kept him strong so he didn't show compassion for his son (Isaac). 10:5
  10. She delivered the just man (Lot) in the Pentapolis (Sodom and the five cities of the plain). 10:6
  11. The land of which still smokes, whose trees have fruit that never ripens, and where there is a pillar of sail as a monument to the incredulous soul (Lot's wife). 10:7
  12. She gave the just the wages of their labors (when the Israelites "borrowed" silver and gold from the Eyptians during the Exodus). 10:17
  13. she drowned their enemies in the sea, and the just took the spoils of the wicked. 10:19
  14. Those who sin are tormented in the same way as they sinned. 11:17
  15. God chastises people little by little, so they will quit being wicked and believe in him. 12:2
  16. You hated the original inhabitants of the holy land, because they murdered their own children and ate human blood and entrails. You wanted the Israelites to slaughter them for sacrificing their children. 12:3-6
  17. You sent wasps to kill them little by little. 12:8
  18. You were able to kill them through war, cruel beasts, or with your own word you could kill them at once. 12:9
  19. They were a wicked generation by their very natures, and could never have been changed. 12:10
  20. They and their children were cursed from the beginning, and you never forgave any of them for their sins. 12:11
  21. Who can say to you, "What have you done?" Who can complain after you have killed them all? By doing such things, you teach your people to be just and humane. 12:12-19
  22. The enemies of your servants deserve to die. 12:20
  23. You have greatly tormented thso who have lived foolishly and unjustly, bythe same things that they worshiped. 12:23
  24. You sent judgment upon them like they were senseless children to mock them. They were killed because they didn't believe in you. 12:25-27
  25. God hates sinners and their sin. 14:9
  26. God will torment both the idol and the idol maker. 14:10
