How many sons did Noah have?

Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. They all survived the flood.

Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Genesis 5:32

Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark. Genesis 7:13

Only one (unnamed) son is mentioned in the Quran. He drowned in the flood.

And it sailed with them amid waves like mountains, and Noah cried unto his son - and he was standing aloof - O my son! Come ride with us, and be not with the disbelievers.

He said: I shall betake me to some mountain that will save me from the water. (Noah) said: This day there is none that saveth from the commandment of Allah save him on whom He hath had mercy. And the wave came in between them, so he was among the drowned. Quran 11:42-43
