Should you speak in tongues?

Yes.

Everyone should speak in tongues. (It edifies yourself.)

Don't forbid speaking in tongues.
Forbid not to speak with tongues. 1 Corinthians 14:39

I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all. 1 Corinthians 14:18

No.

Speak so that everyone can understand what you're saying. (Speaking in tongues is just speaking to the air.)
For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? ... Except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air. 1 Corinthians 14:8-9
