Is it wrong to steal?


Yes, it is always wrong to steal.

Thou shalt not steal. Exodus 20:15, Matthew 19:18

If a soul ... lie unto his neighbour ... or hath deceived his neighbour ... Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely. ... Then ... he shall restore that which he took. Leviticus 6:2-5

Ye shall not steal. Leviticus 19:11

Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbor, neither rob him. Leviticus 19:13
