¹ I [God] say to you David that you haven't paid enough attention to me and those who have been set over you [Joseph Smith]. ² You shall stay at your father's house until I give you further commandments. Amen.

Peter, go with Oliver to preach to the Lamanites

^5-6 Any you, Peter, go with Oliver to preach to the Lamanites. ⁸ Amen.

John, go live in Philip Burroughs' house

^9-10 And you, John, stay at your brother Philip Burroughs' house. ¹¹ Amen.

Thomas, you're going on a mission!

¹ Thomas, you're blessed because you have faith in my work. ² I'll bless you and your family. Someday they'll all belong to my church. ^3-4 You're going on a mission to preach the things I revealed to Joseph Smith, Jr.. ¹³ These words aren't the words of men, but of me, Jesus. Amen.

Parley Pratt, Ziba Peterson, and Jesus will join the mission to the Lamanites

^1-2 Parley P. Pratt will join Oliver Cowdery and Peter Whitmer, Jr. on their mission to the Lamanites. ³ Ziba Peterson will also go along, as will I, Jesus. ⁴ But let none of them pretend to receive any revelations. ⁵ Amen.

Ezra and Northrop, open you mouths (and they shall be filled)

^1-2 Ezra and Northrop, preach to this crooked and perverse generation. ³ This is the last time I'm going to ask anyone to do that. ⁴ No one does anything good anymore, except for a few. Their minds have all been corrupted by priestcrafts. ⁸ Open your mouths and they will be filled. ^9-10 Yea, open your mouths. ¹² Only those who have faith in me can be saved.

Behold, I come quickly

¹⁶ I gave you the Book of Mormon for your instruction. ¹⁷ Get ready for the coming of the bridegroom. ¹⁸ Because I come quickly. Amen.

Jesus: I come quickly, Orson

¹ This is what Jesus has to say to you, Orson. ⁴ You are blessed because you believe. ^5-6 And even more blessed because I'm telling you to preach to this perverse and crooked generation. ⁷ I'll soon be coming in a cloud. ⁸ It'll be a great day. ⁹ But before I come, the sun will darken, the moon will turn into blood, the stars won't shine, and some of them will fall. And the wicked will be destroyed. ¹¹ If you are faithful, I'll be with you until I come. ¹² And I come quickly. Amen.

Sidney, baptize and write for Joseph Smith

^3-6 I give you a commandment: baptize people. ⁸ Because I am God and my arm isn't shortened. ⁹ Whoever asks me in my name can cast out devils, heal the sick, blind, deaf, dumb, and lame. ¹¹ But those without faith will drink the wine of the wrath of fornication. ¹⁵ It's time for me to come. ¹⁷ I have sent my gospel to my servant Joseph. I give you a commandment: write for him. ²⁷ Behold, I come quickly. Amen.

Edward Partridge - preach my gospel (with the voice of a trump)

¹ Edward, preach my gospel with the voice of a trump. ² I'll lay my hand on you with the hand of Sidney Rigdon. ⁶ Preach, saying this: “Come out of the fire, hating your garments that are spotted with the flesh.” ⁸ I'm Jesus, so gird up your loins and I'll suddenly come to my temple. Amen.
