Contrdiction

Yes, they are binding forever.

The laws of Moses are an everlasting covenant, for a thousand generations, always and forever.

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations. Deuteronomy 7:9

Therefore thou shalt love the LORD thy God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, always. Deuteronomy 11:1

These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe ... all the days that ye live upon the earth. Deuteronomy 12:1

Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations ... an everlasting covenant. 1 Chronicles 16:15

Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth. Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever. Psalm 119:151-2

Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. Psalm 119:160

Jesus instructed his followers to obey all of the laws of Moses.

Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or tittle shall nowise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:18-19

It is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail. Luke 16:17

The Zoramites perverted the ways of the Lord by refusting to follow the laws of Moses.

The Zoramites ... had fallen into great errors, for they would not observe to keep the commandments of God, and his statutes, according to the law of Moses. Alma 31:8-9

Alma told his son Helaman and Shiblon to keep the commandments.

O remember, remember, my son Helaman, how strict are the commandments of God. And he said: If ye will keep my commandments ye shall prosper in the land -- but if ye keep not his commandments ye shall be cut off from his presence. Alma 37:13

And now behold, I tell you by the spirit of prophecy, that if ye transgress the commandments of God, behold, these things which are sacred shall be taken away from you by the power of God, and ye shall be delivered up unto Satan, that he may sift you as chaff before the wind. Alma 37:15

But if ye keep the commandments of God, and do with these things which are sacred according to that which the Lord doth command you, (for you must appeal unto the Lord for all things whatsoever ye must do with them) behold, no power of earth or hell can take them from you. Alma 37:16

Be diligent in keeping the commandments of God as they are written. Alma 37:20

Keep the commandments of God. Alma 37:35

I say unto you, even as I said unto Helaman, that inasmuch as ye shall keep the commandments of God ye shall prosper in the land; and inasmuch as ye will not keep the commandments of God ye shall be cut off from his presence. Alma 38:1

And Shiblon (who was a just man) obeyed the commandments.

Shiblon ... was a just man, and he did ... keep the commandments. Alma 63:1-2

Helaman's son, Nephi, kept the commandmnts.

Nephi ... did keep the commandments of God. Helaman 3:37

And Nephi and his brother Lehi told the Nephites to keep them.

Keep the commandments. Helaman 5:6

The Nephites believed they would prosper in the land if they kept the commandments of God.

God would prosper them in the land, or in other words, if they were faithful in keeping the commandments of God. Alma 48:15

In fact, that's what God himself told them.

Inasmuch as they shall keep my commandments they shall prosper in the land. Alma 20:20

And God told them what would happen to them if they didn't. (They'd be enslaved, killed, dwindle in unbelief, or mingle with the Lamanites.)

And those who were faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord were delivered at all times, whilst thousands of their wicked brethren have been consigned to bondage, or to perish by the sword, or to dwindle in unbelief, and mingle with the Lamanites. Alma 20:21

The Lamanites are praised for obeying the commandments of Moses.

The Nephites did still remain in wickedness, yea in great wickedness, while the Lamanites did observe strictly to keep the commandments of God, according to the law of Moses. Helaman 13:1

The more part of them [the Lamanites] ... keep his commandments .. according to the law of Moses. Helaman 15:5

Nephi Jr. said that every jot and tittle of the Moses's law must be obeyed.

The law ... must be fulfilled; yea, that one jot or tittle should not pass away till it should all be fulfilled. 3 Nephi 1:25

And one of the last things Jesus said (in 34 CE) before leaving the Nephites was to read Malachi 4, which includes this:

Remember ye the law of Moses ... with the statutes and judgments. 3 Nephi 25:4

No, they were only temporary.

Abinadi told the Nephites that someday they should stop obeying the law of Moses.

Abinadi ... said unto them ... The time shall come when it shall no more be expedient to keep the law of Moses. Mosiah 13:25-27

And Jesus told the Nephites that he ended the law of Moses.

The law which was given unto Moses hath an end in me [Jesus]. 3 Nephi 15:8

So they ignored the law of Moses after that.

They [the Nephites] did not walk any more after the performances and ordinances of the law of Moses; but they did walk after the commandments which they had received from their Lord. 4 Nephi 12
