Yes, only God is holy.
For thou alone are holy. Revelation 15:4
No, others are holy too.
God wants everyone (all the men, anyway) to be holy. (Holiness likes comapany.)
Ye shall be holy men unto me. Exodus 22:31
You've got to be holy if you're going to see God.
