They shall also be crowned with blessings from above, yea, and with commandments not a few, and with revelations in their time. Doctrine & Covenants 59:4

Those who did not belong to their church did indulge themselves in sorceries, and in idolatry or idleness, and in babblings, and in envyings and strife; wearing costly apparel; being lifted up in the pride of their own eyes; persecuting, lying, thieving, robbing, committing whoredoms, and murdering, and all manner of wickedness. 1:32
Yea, I believe that the Great Spirit created all things, and I desire that ye should tell me concerning all these things, and I will believe thy words. 2:11
The Lord did strengthen the hand of the Nephites, that they slew the Amlicites with great slaughter. 2:18
The Nephites being strengthened by the hand of the Lord, having prayed mightily to him that he would deliver them out of the hands of their enemies, therefore the Lord did hear their cries, and did strengthen them, and the Lamanites and the Amlicites did fall before them. 2:28

God shall smite thee, that thou shalt become dumb, that thou shalt never open thy mouth any more, that thou shalt not deceive this people any more. 30:47

I give unto thee for a sign, that thou shalt be struck dumb. 30:49
When Alma had said these words, Korihor was struck dumb. 30:50
The curse was not taken off of Korihor; but he was cast out, and went about from house to house begging for his food. 30:56
Those who had believed in the words of Korihor that they must speedily repent, lest the same judgments would come unto them. 30:57
Thus we see that the devil will not support his children at the last day, but doth speedily drag them down to hell. 30:60
Holy God ... we do not believe in the tradition of our brethren, which was handed down to them by the childishness of their fathers; but we believe that ... thou hast made it known unto us that there shall be no Christ. 31:16
O God, we thank thee ... that we may not be led away after the foolish traditions of our brethren, which doth bind them down to a belief of Christ, which doth lead their hearts to wander far from thee, our God. 31:16
The place was called by them Rameumptom, which, being interpreted, is the holy stand. 31:21

Concerning the state of the soul between death and the resurrection . 40:11
The meaning of the word restoration is to bring back again evil for evil, or carnal for carnal, or devilish for devilish. 41:13
The Amalekites were of a more wicked and murderous disposition than the Lamanites. 43:6
Yea, they did fight like dragons ... and they did smite off many of their arms. 43:44
The Lord is with us; and ... has delivered you into our hands ... because of our religion and our faith in Christ. 44:3
God ... has strengthened our arms that we have gained power over you, by our faith, by our religion, and by our rites of worship, and by our church. 44:5
Moroni was angry, because of the stubbornness of the Lamanites; therefore he commanded his people that they should fall upon them and slay them. 44:17
The Nephites ... in four hundred years from the time that Jesus Christ shall manifest himself unto them, shall dwindle in unbelief. 45:10
