When were the stars made?

On the fourth day of creation, after the earth was made.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1

He made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven.... And the evening and the morning were the fourth day. Genesis 1:16-19
